The differences between the two became more and more noticeable and distances grew. Sasha was getting bigger and Jeff, “just didn’t seem to have the time anymore” Sasha would still make the effort, run to the door upon his return wagging her tail and of course face-licking, but it just wasn’t the same. Different now somehow. She couldn’t put a paw on it, but the burden of even posing together in a photo became apparent. Jeff seemed to be completely blind to his noticeably different attitude towards her and how much it was beginning to tear at the very fabric of her love for him. Jeff needed to just show her he truly loved her, but unfortunately, that would never come. |
